Travel Norms (“the App”) is operated by Kevin Haber (“we,” “our,” or “us”).
KH Digital Enterprises is used as a brand name and website presence but is not the legal App Store seller for this application.

This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the Travel Norms mobile application.

Travel Norms is designed to collect minimal information.

This data is stored locally on your device and/or securely associated with app usage.

If you enable location access, Travel Norms may use your device’s current location to provide location-based features such as Norm Check. Location information is used only to determine relevant local customs, pricing guidance, and travel norms. This location data is not stored, sold, or used for advertising or tracking purposes.

You can disable location access at any time through your device settings.

Information collected automatically:

  • Basic, non-identifying usage data

  • Diagnostic and crash information

We do not collect names, email addresses, or phone numbers.

2. How Information Is Used

Information is used solely to:

  • Provide app functionality

  • Improve performance and reliability

  • Enforce free vs. premium feature limits

We do not use your data for advertising or tracking across other apps or websites.

3. Location Information

Travel Norms does not access real-time device location.

Any “location” in the app refers only to destinations you manually select or query.

We do not sell or share personal information.

Trusted third-party services (such as in-app purchase or analytics providers) may process limited data only as required to operate the App.
